Lumen's current Harnyss org has a CEO Agent coordinating three strategic agents (CMO, Head of Sales, COO) and eleven operators covering content, demand gen, SDR, CRM sync, customer success, reporting, and legal review. The four humans — Priya, a CTO, a head of enterprise sales, and an EA — focus on strategy, relationships, and product.
