Priya Menta founded Lumen Analytics in 2024 with a clear constraint: she had Series A capital to deploy but a strong conviction that hiring fast would kill her culture. When she found Harnyss, she wasn't looking for automation — she was looking for leverage.

"Most AI tools feel like software," Priya told us. "You give them an input, they give you an output. Harnyss felt like the first time I had something that could actually own a function. I gave the CMO Agent a positioning brief and a competitive landscape doc and said: go figure out our content strategy for Q2. Two days later I had a 14-post editorial calendar with briefs, target keywords, and a distribution plan. I would have hired a VP of Marketing to do that."

Lumen's current Harnyss org has a CEO Agent coordinating three strategic agents (CMO, Head of Sales, COO) and eleven operators covering content, demand gen, SDR, CRM sync, customer success, reporting, and legal review. The four humans — Priya, a CTO, a head of enterprise sales, and an EA — focus on strategy, relationships, and product.
