Harnyss started from a simple frustration: current AI tools are impressive in isolation, but they can't operationalize the complex, interconnected systems that actually run a business. They handle tasks — not operations. We set out to build the infrastructure that bridges that gap: a governed, learning agent hierarchy that runs every business function end-to-end, safely and at scale.
Our story
Before Harnyss, our founder scaled a tech company to multiple millions in ARR — and lived through what that actually requires: dozens of moving parts, constant coordination overhead, and a team stretched thin keeping the operating system of the business running. AI tools existed, but none could take ownership of a complex, cross-functional workflow. They handled tasks. The operations still fell on people.
The missing piece wasn't better models. It was governance. Without explicit guardrails, approval flows, and audit trails, AI just moves the risk around — it doesn't eliminate it. Harnyss AI is the platform that makes autonomous operations safe to deploy at the org level.
