Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harnyss AI platform (“Service”) operated by 7G TechLabs Inc., doing business as “Harnyss AI” (“Harnyss”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Harnyss provides a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) platform for deploying governed, hierarchical AI agents across business functions. The Service includes the agent orchestration layer, workflow builder, approval system, audit infrastructure, and associated interfaces.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially degrade the Service without prior communication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@harnyssai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malicious code or interfere with other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of the platform; use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive; or resell or sublicense access without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

The Service operates on a bring-your-own-key model. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys with your chosen LLM providers. You are responsible for all costs incurred with those providers as a result of your agent workflows. Harnyss platform credits cover orchestration costs only and do not include third-party LLM usage fees.

Harnyss retains all rights in the platform, its code, design, and associated intellectual property. You retain all rights in your data, workflows, agent configurations, and any outputs generated by your agents.

You grant Harnyss a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harnyss's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Harnyss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
