Brian DeLuca is the founder and CEO of Harnyss AI, an agentic infrastructure platform built for autonomous business operations. With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of data, AI, and enterprise software, he has spent his career solving the operational business problems with technology that people can actually use.

In 2016, Brian founded Shift Analytics to help companies get more value from their data and BI investments. Through that work, he saw the same problem again and again. Businesses had powerful technology, but often lacked the systems needed to turn it into real results.

That experience led Brian to build Reporting Hub, a global analytics delivery platform endorsed by Microsoft. Today, it serves more than 200 customers across 30+ countries. Building and growing Reporting Hub gave Brian a close view of how large organizations adopt new technology and where those projects often fall short.

Harnyss AI grew from what Brian saw coming next. He believes AI is moving beyond answering questions and helping with tasks. It is starting to take on real operational work inside businesses.

Harnyss AI was founded to build the infrastructure needed for that shift. The platform helps companies deploy, manage, and govern AI agents in real business environments. The goal is not to build another AI tool, but to create a system businesses can trust to run meaningful work.

Brian believes the strongest products give customers control and solve problems that matter. He takes the same view when building companies: focus on real value, think long term, and build something that gets stronger over time.
